Vitamin C and Veni, vidi, vici

Was surprised to learn that in Latin/Italian 'C' is pronounced as 'K' or 'CH'. In Russian we pronounce as 'TS' like in 'tsar'. The research figured out, that there are two version of 'latin latin' - classic one with 'K' and 'church' one with 'CH' before some vowels. In addition, there are three modern traditions: Italian, German (Russia uses this one) and English, and each modern tradition has a list of deviations from '"latin latin".
